Product Overview
This series of high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors is developed by our company in accordance with GB/T 28575-2020 Technical Specifications for YE2 Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame 80–132).The efficiency of these motors meets Level 3 energy efficiency as specified in GB 18613-2012 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors, and complies with the IE3 efficiency class in the IEC 60034-30 standard.
YE2 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for driving fans, pumps and other equipment under long-term load operation.All performance indicators reach advanced levels, and their high efficiency helps achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
The mounting dimensions and power ratings of the YE2 three-phase asynchronous motors conform to the IEC 60072-1 standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission.Motors with frame size H160 and above can be equipped with an online oil filling and draining device, and are reserved with space for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating belts for convenient user selection.
Temperature rise is tested at 80K, providing a large temperature rise margin and long service life.The rotor adopts aluminum casting technology, ensuring high operational reliability.
