Product Overview
YE3 Series is a new type of high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor newly developed by our company in accordance with GB/T 28575-2020.
The efficiency index of this series of motors meets the Level 3 energy efficiency specified in GB 18613-2012 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Size Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors, and complies with the IE3 energy efficiency class in the IEC 60034-30 standard.
YE3 Series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for driving long-term operating loads such as fans and pumps. All performance indicators have reached international advanced levels, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction through high efficiency.
The mounting dimensions and power ratings of the YE2 high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor conform to the IEC 60072-1 standard. Motors with frame center height H160 and above can be equipped with an on-line oil filling and draining device, and space is reserved for the installation of thermistors and moisture-proof heating belts for convenient user selection.
Temperature rise is evaluated at 80K, featuring a large temperature rise margin and long service life. The rotor adopts die-cast aluminum technology, ensuring high operational reliability.
