Product Overview
The YE2 series is a newly developed, totally enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor manufactured in accordance with GB/T 11707-2013.The efficiency of this motor series meets Class 3 Energy Efficiency as specified in GB 18613-2012 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors, and complies with IE3 efficiency grade in the IEC 60034-30 standard.
YE2 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for driving fans, pumps and other equipment under long-term load.All performance indicators have reached international advanced levels, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction through high efficiency.
Mounting dimensions and power ratings of YE2 series motors conform to the international IEC 60072-1 standard.Motors with frame center height H160 and above can be equipped with an on-line oil filling and draining device, and spaces are reserved for thermistors and moisture-proof heating bands for convenient user selection.
Temperature rise is evaluated at 80K, providing large temperature rise margin and long service life.The rotor adopts die-cast aluminum technology, ensuring high operational reliability.
